JVC Jazz Festival. The JVC Jazz Festival comes to the Chronicle Pavilion, recently renamed the Sleep Train Pavilion. This venue is only seven miles from your Crowne Plaza Concord suite or room. The JVC Jazz Festival at Concord is the largest yearly smooth jazz festival in the Bay Area. The event brings fans from all over and features the best in contemporary jazz.
